When is my rent due?

Rent can be paid via resident portal, cashiers check, or money order and pay voucher.

Are there additional fees I should expect?

Yes.

How do residents submit maintenance requests?

Maintenance requests can be submitted online through the Resident Portal, which allows you to easily describe the issue and track the status of your request.

Is 24-hour emergency maintenance available? What qualifies as an emergency maintenance request?

Emergencies that on-call staff members are required to service are:
Heat/AC (see local guidelines for temperatures), water leaks of any kind, no electric in the entire apartment as long as it is not an area wide outage, no hot water, no working toilet, refrigerator not working, unsecure entry and lock-outs.

Is there a technology package at this property? (If yes, what does it include?)

Yes, includes 1 Gig internet.

Do the apartments have a washer/dryer? If not, is there a laundry service available on site? (Include cost if so)

Yes.

Is parking available and is it included?

Parking is available and free of charge.

Is the community pet friendly?

Yes.

What is the pet policy including fees, restrictions and how many pets are allowed per apartment?

2 pets per apartment, $350 pet fee per pet, $45 monthly pet rent per pet. Breed restrictions include: Pitbull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf-hybrids.

Do you offer furnished apartments?

No.

Is there reserved parking or personal garages available (include additional fees)?

Yes, Reserved Parking spots are $60 per space.

What amenities does this property have?

Business Center, Lounge, Theatre Room, Conference Room, Fitness Centre, Pool, Outside Grills and bar area, Pet Spa, Bark Park.

Is there an amenity fee? If so, what does this amenity fee include? (include fee amount if applicable)

$15 Amenity Fee, it includes the use and upkeep of the amenities.

Is there a guest suite here and what is the reservation process? (If so, include fee amount)

You can move-in as soon as the application is approved and the apartment is ready.

What are the income and credit requirements?

All applicants must have a combined verifiable source of income in an amount in accordance with current community guidelines no less than three (3) times the rental rate. Our credit reporting agency evaluates credit and rental history against indicators of future rent payment performance. An unsatisfactory or insufficient finding may result in the requirement of an additional deposit, guarantor, or denial. Applicants are responsible for ensuring their credit history is accurate.

Do you accept co-signers or guarantors?

Yes.

What documents are required to apply?

Applicants must present a valid government issued photo identification card for each person age 18 years and older that will be living in the apartment.
